When I approach a child, he inspires in me two sentiments -- tenderness for what he is and respect for what he may become.

vision

A community free of child poverty,
neglect and abuse.

3 Diamonds Foundation is an Atlanta; USA base; 501 (c) community social service agency for non-profit. Organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes that serve to assist children living in poverty; in the Caribbean region especially that of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

The goal of the organization is to help improve the quality of life for children impacted by poverty and tragedy. 3 Diamonds will provide services that build character, encourage and stimulate academic excellence through our GEMS Network. GEMS Network are programs developed to provide goods and services to that will help enhance a learning and living environment for each child.

The idea of the Foundation was conceptualized by Vincentian native, Natasha  Shallow.  Natasha saw the significance of positively supporting the children affected by poverty in the Caribbean region. She felt the need for a corporate entity to manage donations and outreach programs of all types to these children. While working on the organization’s objective; the name of the foundation had to represent the love she has for her culture. So, it was most fitting to call the foundation 3 Diamonds.  Three Diamonds are represented on the flag of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.  These diamonds define St. Vincent and the Grenadines as the gems of the Antilles. So, it was profound to build a program around benefiting GEMS; Guiding, Empowering, Mind and Spirit.  Children are the GEMS of our community and reflection of our culture; not just Vincentians but the entire Caribbean region.
